Lakewood City Clerk
The Lakewood City Clerk keeps the record of City Council meetings, holds official city files, and runs updates to the Lakewood Municipal Code. Lakewood Residents Directory Court Records
The Lakewood Municipal Court splits its records into two groups. Court Case Records cover in court work such as case files, dockets, and calendars. Those are open under Court Rule GR 31. You can ask for them through the court's Request Portal. Administrative Court Records cover the management of the court and are open under GR 31.1.

Court Case Records are not part of the Public Records Act process. They sit under a court rule, and the review path is different. Keep that in mind when you write a request.
Lakewood Municipal Court FAQ
The Lakewood Municipal Court is on the first floor of City Hall at 6000 Main Street SW. Counter hours are Monday through Thursday, 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.; Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Phone hours are a bit shorter. The FAQ page notes that gross misdemeanors can bring up to 364 days in jail and fines up to $5,000. Misdemeanors can bring up to 90 days and $1,000. Infractions are non criminal, such as speeding or parking. Non criminal traffic matters can be rescheduled once in person before the scheduled date. Criminal matters cannot be rescheduled that way. Photo enforcement tickets for red light and school zone violations are not reported to the Department of Licensing.
